What makes this rosé truly exceptional is that it is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from the finest crus of the Montagne de Reims and from the House’s own vineyards. While many rosé champagnes are crafted from a blend of white and red grapes, Laurent-Perrier chooses purity and character above all.

The maceration method used to create this rosé is a hallmark of the House’s savoir-faire: the grapes are not pressed but carefully layered, allowing the juice to flow naturally under the weight of the fruit. This white juice is then gently blended with the red skins, giving the champagne its distinctive, naturally luminous pink hue.

After vinification, the wine undergoes a minimum of five years of ageing in the Laurent-Perrier cellars — a patient process that deepens its complexity, elegance, and aromatic expression.

Through the masterful maceration of meticulously selected Pinot Noir grapes, this champagne reveals an unmatched richness of aromas, balancing fullness and freshness in a rare, harmonious equilibrium that has made Cuvée Rosé a global benchmark.

Its elegant colour subtly evolves from raspberry to salmon-pink, while the nose offers an abundant bouquet of red fruits – raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry, and black cherry. On the palate, it delivers a lively, rounded sensation reminiscent of a basket of freshly picked red berries.
